The Principle:

The scheduling system was developed as an internet application, and hence is there the most powerful. This solution offers at least two main advantages:

• You don't have to instal anything on your computer and thus you don't need someone taking care of the installation (administrator). Furthermore the whole system is under constant control.
• Minimum demands on your system. In case of disruption of your computer another computer will be affiliated to and everything will work again.

Demands on your System

• A constant internet connection with a minimum transfer rate of 256Kb/s, ideally ISDN or ADSL.
  
• Computer with minimum configurations: PII, 128MB RAM, 1,2 GB HDD, WIN 98, IE 5 and better
• 15“ monitor (we recommend a monitor with size 17“)

Prices

• Licence fee (nonrecurring) ... 295,- €
  (The licence fee includes limitless access to all features of the system, standard settings of the system, access to the application für a unlimited number of customers, arbitrarily setting possibilities on services and an introduction course for the employer.)
  
  
• Licence fee (nonrecurring) ... 45,- €
  (The system will be saved in routine intervals. The current state of all reservations will be saved in .xls format in case of a disruption of your internet connection.)
  
  
• Monthly fee ... 35,- €/month
  (The monthly fee includes access to the system for one work station coeval. Furthermore it includes a hosting application, technical advisory service and a routine upgrade of the system.)
  
  
• Fee for every more (coeval) workstation ... 15,- €/month
  (Valid for the case, if the system is used by two workstations coevally. For example, if there are two or more reception where reservations are accepted.)
• Monthly fee for automatic backup ... 5,- €/month
